I believe in short-term therapy to achieve balance in body, mind, emotions, and spirit. I work to empower my clients through therapeutic interventions like: Reiki sessions and classes, Healing Touch, and exercises for the body, custom guided meditation and hypnosis CD/MP3 recordings with personalized affirmations for the mind, laughter yoga, NLP and EFT for the emotions, and intuitive spiritual counseling to heal the spirit.

I came to healing work out of self-defense. As a professional dancer/actor/singer I learned that I was an incredibly sensitive empath. I would sense eveyone in my current company of performers' physical and emotional ailments. Before I was formally trained as a healer, I was naturally led to work on them through gentle massage until I no longer felt their pain in my body. As I began to work on them physically, I received intuitive insights specifically for the person I was working on. That led me to the recognition that I wanted to do this work fulltime, and with the utmost integrity, knowledge and wisdom. That goal led me to the world-famous teachers I have listed above, and the great honor and pleasure of working with them, other students, and ultimately my amazing and gifted clients and students.

I still love to dance and have progressed from concert modern dance to a love of salsa and swing in my private life. Love being outdoors, especially on the water, and there is nothing like a gorgeous summer day at the lake with family and dear friends. After my parents passed, I became more interested in mediumship (yes, so we could talk!) and look forward to studying this fall at the world-famous Arthur Findlay College in London (Hogwarts was based on) with some of the most gifted and experienced mediums and psychics in the world! :)
